Pe scurt: colectăm doar datele necesare, le folosim doar ca să-ți răspundem sau ca să livrăm serviciul cerut, nu le vindem, nu facem publicitate cu ele și le ștergem automat după termene fixe (de exemplu: conversațiile cu Asistentul AI după 90 de zile). Răspunsurile asistenților noștri sunt generate automat de AI.
Arhirii (Igor Arhirii, Chișinău, Republica Moldova; contact: [email protected]) construiește și operează sisteme AI pentru afaceri locale: Asistent AI (chat pe site), Telio (bot Telegram pentru programări) și Review Manager (recenzii Google și mesaje private către proprietar).
Această politică respectă Legea nr. 195/2024 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal și, pentru persoanele din Uniunea Europeană, Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Avem două roluri diferite:

Dacă folosești un asistent, un bot sau o pagină de recenzii a unei afaceri (clinică, salon, restaurant etc.) construită de noi, afacerea este operatorul datelor tale. Pentru drepturile tale te poți adresa direct ei; dacă ne scrii nouă, transmitem cererea afacerii și o ajutăm să răspundă.
Nu vindem datele și nu le folosim pentru publicitate. Le transmitem doar furnizorilor tehnici fără de care serviciile nu pot funcționa, legați de noi prin termeni de prelucrare a datelor:

Transferurile în afara Republicii Moldova și a Spațiului Economic European se fac doar cu garanțiile cerute de lege (de regulă, clauze contractuale standard incluse în termenii de prelucrare ai furnizorilor). Putem divulga date autorităților doar când legea ne obligă.
Dacă apare un incident de securitate care afectează datele, anunțăm afacerea-client fără întârziere (în cel mult 48 de ore de la constatare), iar pentru datele unde suntem operator anunțăm Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal în 72 de ore și, dacă riscul e ridicat, persoanele afectate.
Ai dreptul să ceri acces la datele tale, corectarea, ștergerea, restricționarea prelucrării, portabilitatea lor, să te opui prelucrării bazate pe interes legitim și să-ți retragi oricând acordul (de exemplu, pentru cookie-urile de analiză), fără să afectezi ce s-a făcut înainte.
Scrie-ne la [email protected]. Răspundem gratuit, în cel mult o lună. Ai și dreptul să depui o plângere la Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (datepersonale.md).
Serviciile noastre nu se adresează copiilor sub 14 ani și nu colectăm intenționat datele lor.
Putem actualiza această politică când se schimbă serviciile sau legea. Data ultimei actualizări e afișată sus; schimbările importante le anunțăm clienților în avans.

Если вы пользуетесь ассистентом, ботом или страницей отзывов бизнеса (клиники, салона, ресторана и т. д.), созданными нами, оператором ваших данных является этот бизнес. По вопросам своих прав можно обращаться напрямую к нему; если вы напишете нам, мы передадим запрос бизнесу и поможем ответить.
Мы не продаём данные и не используем их для рекламы. Передаём их только техническим поставщикам, без которых сервисы не работают, связанным с нами условиями обработки данных:

Передача за пределы Республики Молдова и Европейской экономической зоны осуществляется только с гарантиями, предусмотренными законом (как правило, стандартными договорными положениями в условиях обработки данных поставщиков). Мы раскрываем данные органам власти только когда этого требует закон.
При инциденте безопасности, затрагивающем данные, мы без промедления (не позднее 48 часов с момента обнаружения) уведомляем бизнес-клиента, а для данных, где мы оператор, уведомляем Национальный центр защиты персональных данных в течение 72 часов и, при высоком риске, затронутых лиц.
Вы вправе запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, переносимость, возразить против обработки на основании законного интереса и в любой момент отозвать согласие (например, на аналитические cookie) без влияния на ранее выполненную обработку.
Пишите на [email protected]. Отвечаем бесплатно, не позднее одного месяца. Вы также вправе подать жалобу в Национальный центр защиты персональных данных (datepersonale.md).
Наши сервисы не предназначены для детей младше 14 лет, и мы намеренно не собираем их данные.

In short: we collect only the data we need, use it only to reply to you or to deliver the service requested, never sell it or use it for advertising, and delete it automatically after fixed periods (for example, AI Assistant conversations after 90 days). Our assistants' replies are generated automatically by AI.
Arhirii (Igor Arhirii, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova; contact: [email protected]) builds and operates AI systems for local businesses: Asistent AI (website chat), Telio (Telegram booking bot) and Review Manager (Google reviews and private messages to the owner).
This policy follows Moldovan Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection and, for people in the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

If you use an assistant, bot or review page of a business (clinic, salon, restaurant, etc.) built by us, that business is the controller of your data. You can exercise your rights directly with it; if you write to us, we forward your request to the business and help it respond.
We don't sell data or use it for advertising. We share it only with technical providers without which the services cannot run, bound to us by data processing terms:

Transfers outside the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area take place only with the safeguards required by law (usually standard contractual clauses included in the providers' data processing terms). We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
If a security incident affects data, we notify the client business without delay (within 48 hours of discovery at the latest); for data where we are controller, we notify Moldova's National Centre for Personal Data Protection within 72 hours and, where the risk is high, the people affected.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (for example, for analytics cookies) without affecting earlier processing.
Write to [email protected]. We reply free of charge within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with Moldova's National Centre for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
Our services are not directed at children under 14, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top; clients are notified of important changes in advance.
